"Hi. People are quick to complain when things don't go well, so I want to write a note to thank you and more particularly the engineer who visited us yesterday to repair our faulty Samsung fridge freeze that was under warranty.
We had quite a bit of difficulty arranging the repair via Samsung, partly down to the COV-19 and the seemingly impossible task of getting hold of anyone. However, once we had managed to log our issue with them, and it was assigned to you, things improved.
Your engineer was scheduled to visit on Monday and when I got a call from him first thing in the morning my heart sank, as I thought his visit was going to be put off and that we'd have a non-functioning fridge. However, after he asked me a few question he immediately seemed to know what the problem was and advised the repair would need parts, ordered and shipped from Holland. He expected the parts would arrive this week."
I received a text confirming he would now arrive on Wednesday, and he did - with all parts needed! He had a replacement Ice Maker unit, replacement Back Cooling Panel, and I believe a circuit panel, too. Basically, I would say he as good as rebuilt the fridge, and only taking 45 minutes to complete!
Given these difficult times he was also very mindful of social distancing, wearing a face mask and gloves. All in all, I can't praise your engineer highly enough. He is a credit to your organisation and although I did thank him I would hope that you will also pass on my thanks, so he is aware his efforts are justifiably recognised."

The engineers have worked around my shifts at Kettering General Hospital and been out this morning to repair my appliance. The engineer was polite, efficient and professional.
